Happy Birthday Grandma!

June 28, 2013: 12 weeks, 3 days old.

Today was Momma's Momma's birthday.  We got a little dorky.

Poppa read me a story.

 Then we all went to the lake and had a picnic.

It was really hot again today.  Momma says it's a heat wave.

June 27, 2013: 12 weeks, 2 days.

 In the morning, I feel asleep on Momma like this...

...And when she moved me, I stayed in the same position.

It was so hot today, but I was in a good mood.

I helped Momma do laundry.  It was fun for me!

Baby Model.

June 26, 2013: 12 weeks, 1 day old.

Momma and Poppa always tell me I could be a baby model.

I have no idea what they are talking about.

First Night Out.

June 25, 2013: 12 weeks old!

In the morning, I hung out with Momma while she worked on the computer.

I was happy.

Then I got grumpy.

Then Momma AND Poppa went out for the night because Poppa was playing with his band.

They wrapped me up and I fell asleep even before Priscilla came over to watch me.

I slept the whole time they were gone!

June 24, 2013: 11 weeks, 6 days old.

These days, I'm doing a pretty good job of sitting up.  

With a little help from Momma. 

We think it's pretty cool.

June 23, 2013: 11 weeks, 5 day old.

Momma and I had a good morning.

Her new nickname for me is Smiles Davis.

Then we Skyped with Grandma and Grandpa Puleo and Uncle Nicky and Auntie M.

Later Momma and I went for a walk to get me to fall asleep.

It didn't work.

 

New Friend.

June 22, 2013: 11 weeks, 4 days old.

 This morning Poppa read me The Cat in the Hat.

And I made a new friend.

Then we danced this mess around.

June 21, 2013: 11 weeks, 3 days old.

Today we went to dinner at Tia Jazmine's house.  

Tio Julio is going back to LA tomorrow.

We were sad that Julio was leaving but Poppa told me he'd be back soon.

June 20, 2013: 11 weeks, 2 days old.

In the morning Poppa read to me before he went to work.  It made me sleepy.

Momma told me I looked like a turkey.  Whatever Momma.

Later we had people over for a barbeque for Poppa's birthday.

June 19, 2013: 11 weeks, 1 day old.

Today was Poppa's birthday.  He had to work.

I dressed up anyway.

Momma and I went to bring Poppa lunch at work.

Poppa had band practice so Momma and I hung out.

And Momma gave me a bath.

June 18, 2013: 11 weeks old.

In the morning, Momma  and I slept in for a little while.

Then we ran some errands.

Then we went for a walk.

Poppa came home and we goofed around.

Then Momma talked to Auntie M while I refused to go to sleep.

Crash Course in Seuss.

June 18, 2013: 10 weeks, 6 days old.

We missed Poppa a lot today.  It was nice having him home for three days!

But he came home from work and we hung out for a little bit until he had to go record with his band.

Momma and I hung out.  It was fun.

Then Momma read to me.  This Seuss guy knows what's up.

Poppa's Weekend Part 2: Poppapoloza.

June 16, 2013: 10 days, 5 days old.

Today was awesome because it was Poppa's first father's day.

We had a lot of stuff planned.

But first we had a giggle fest.

I changed into my Father's Day outfit and we went to breakfast.

Then I went to my first movie.  

We went to The New Parkway Theatre and saw 42 (The Jackie Robinson Story).  

I was really great.  Didn't cry once.

Then we went to Uncle Oscar's Barbeque.
